Short history

Here are some milestones that we have imposed on the Romanian market:

2002 International Financial Services SA is registered and starting to operate in accordance with specific meal vouchers law 142/1998. The company is beginning its activity with the formation of a national network of affiliated food units. The Ministry of Finance has emitted in a very short time the authorization and the licenses for issuing meal vouchers and other necessary approvals;

July 2002 - International Financial Services SA began issuing meal vouchers under the bon appetit® trademark;

2003 - International Financial Services SA has successfully launched its gift tickets Bon Cadeau® - a modern and efficient loyalty tool which for optimization of human relations, with the aim to meet the expectations of all the organizations that want to promote successful management;

2004 - International Financial Services SA launches a new product, a credit card for businesses - Carte Business, and in 2005 launched a credit card for individuals as well, under the title: Maxima;

2005 - International Financial Services SA is transfering the commerce fund to the Cheque Dejeuner;

2006 - ALARMNET SRL is established, being a member of an already existing powerful business group operating in several countries. The company stands out in Romania due to burglary monitoring systems;

2007 - Alarmnet implements ALARMNET GPS TRAKING SYSTEM - GPS/GPRS vehicle fleet tracking services;

2011 - SMART SAFE CONSULTANCY SRL is established - a trade consulting firm which has resulted in numerous management consultancy projects. Its offering an integrated suit of professional services which is striking to maximize long-term value, save both time and money of the customer.

2013 - SMART IMPEX DISTRIBUTION SRL is established. The company is introducing in Romania an energy efficiency solution-Hydromx. The Hydromx is a fluid for heating and cooling systems with closed circuit, its usage is leading to a decrease an energy consumption by 35%;

2015 - SMART IMPEX DISTRIBUTION SRL is entering the LED market. The company comes up not only with a wide range of products, but with a call to both private and public actors in order to increase the awarness toward the benefits of implementing LED solutions.
